Over the years this has become rather common that people over the world are increasingly suffering from the problems of sleep. This is not because most of them suffer from any health problems but the main reason being they are suffering from depression and unsolicited thoughts. Remedies are many but who are able to follow them.

It was a day where I witnessed even the online discussion communities are not spared from the rather contaminating problems of stress and tensions as the posts of people are a clear reflection of their frustrations getting better of them.
