old and purchased gummy bear multi-vitamin
I am 18 years old and purchased gummy bear multi-vitamin. I am not sure whether gummy bear multi-vitamin would meet my nutritional needs. I want to take gummy vitamins that are calcium based. Please also suggest whether I can take multi-vitamin as well as calcium vitamin as I am not sure whether it would be in excess. Please help me with your ideas. ____________________ Alcohol Treatment
